How do I use the Phone Connected Teeth Whitening Kit?

Apply the Whitening Gel evenly on your teeth. Next, connect the device to your Smartphone of choice (Apple or most Android). Leave on for 25 minutes. The device will automatically beep and turn off once the cycle has been completed. Lastly, rinse your mouth and mouthpiece with water after use, and shine away!

How often do I have to whiten my teeth?

For first-time users, we recommend using the kit consecutively for 7 days in order to achieve optimum results. After the first cycle, use every so often to maintain your results. Physical changes are seen in as little as one treatment.

What are the ingredients of the Teeth Whitening Pen?

Our Whitening Gel is FDA approved and contains 35% CP (Carbamide Peroxide), Glycerin, and Menthol.

What causes Tooth discoloration?

There are numerous causes of tooth discoloration. Some of the most common causes include stains from coffee, tea, tobacco, soda, and wine. Genetically yellow teeth can be a factor as well.

Will whitening cause Sensitivity or Damage?

For most cases no, however temporary tooth sensitivity may occur. Our Carbamide Peroxide Whitening Gel is FDA approved and only contains 3 non-toxic ingredients that ensure no tooth erosion or enamel damage will occur. The LED light enhances the bleaching process and helps provide faster results without damaging your teeth or enamel. Discontinue use upon sustained discomfort or irritation. Professional advice is recommended prior to use to prevent any possible issues.

How do I use the Cali Coco Activated Charcoal Powder?

Wet a clean toothbrush and dip into the tub of powder. Next, gently apply and brush for 2-3 minutes in a circular motion. Lastly, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water and enjoy that California smile!

How often should I use Cali Coco Charcoal?

For first time users, apply consecutively for 14 days for best results. After initial detox, use accordingly when desired!

What does the Activated Charcoal taste like and is it safe?

When should I expect my order to arrive once placed?

ALL orders are shipped within 5-7 Business Days and are FREE for US Domestic Shipments! Please allow 1-2 Business Days for your order to be processed. Shipments will be sent by USPS. Shipping charges for Alaska and Hawaii orders vary based on your location and the products purchased. International Shipping is available and will ship within 7-21 Business Days. In the event that an international shipment attracts import charges, you are required to pay all outstanding charges to receive the order. These charges are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by California Bright.

I didn’t receive my Order and/or Shipping Confirmation Email. What should I do?

Contact support@californiabright.com and we will further assist you and provide you the confirmation of your order via email. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you have not received an email containing your shipment status or tracking number, please email support@californiabright.com and we would be more than happy to resend it to you.

How can I cancel my Order?

If the order has been shipped, send us an inquiry to support@californiabright.com and our Customer Service team will help cancel your order. If the Order has NOT shipped, send us an inquiry to the email address above and our Representatives will cancel the order and will issue the full refund back within 5-10 Business Days.

What is your Return Policy?

California Bright will not be able to refund purchases unless the product is defective. We will offer a refund but only within 7 days after you receive the order. In order to be eligible for a Return/Refund, the ordered item(s) must be UNUSED and in the same condition and packaging it/they arrived in. We do NOT accept any returns or refunds on orders that have been opened or physically damaged due to hygienic reasons. Shipping merchandise back is at the customer’s expense unless the original order arrived damaged or had missing components.

My Order arrived damaged or was missing items. What should I do?

Send us an email to support@californiabright.com and provide our team with your Order number, Full Name, Shipping Address, as well as an image of the product you received. We will review your request and provide the best possible support in either sending you a replacement or providing you with a full refund.
